| The gym floor had water damage. I believe they are replacing the entire floor. They had been talking about bocce ball prior to the budget , I believe. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Yes one was bocce ball courts. The other was repairs to flooring at the gym. I am not second guessing whether or not they’re necessary expenses, just that they weren’t un known emergencies and should have been budgeted. Marty |
