Your point? It was impossible for the County to support private roads so we followed the direction of Lake Linganore in Frederick County and we were able to get the money. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The County has been paying us our proportionate and fair share based on road mileage. Only after OPA signed an agreement making all our roads open to public. It can be ended at any time by either party for any reason. |
