OPA still OWNS the roads, not Worcester County, as you frequently observe. My point, you ask? Rather simple - provide facts. The County can stop giving OPA a cut of state road funds any time it pleases. As for Lake Linganore, do they have a similar agreement with Frederick County? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Your point? It was impossible for the County to support private roads so we followed the direction of Lake Linganore in Frederick County and we were able to get the money. Marty |
