why not simply bundle all 11 into 1.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: 11 districts is not gonna fly, gotta be cut down drastically, maybe to 1. What do you mean by the above? I was afraid you'd ask that. 11 districts composed of a paltry 18K users in which the county can simply seize a surplus in one district and apply it to the deficit in another begs the question why not simply bundle all 11 into 1. Channeling the late Mr Criswell I predict that is exactly what will happen. There is a pretty wide disparity hookup wise among these districts. Just consolidate all 11 into one. Or at least combine the smallest ones leaving maybe 4 districts total. |
