| Citing chapter and verse of County and State regs is not "bluffing". Other than this itchy feeling in the back of your head that I guess we call intuition, what exactly leads you to the conclusion that all these separate districts will be consolidated? I guess you'd say ease of administration but that won't go through without a fight. And Bright has clearly laid out the foundation for the OPA position. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Why not? Because people in the OP service area would see a substantial rate increase. Your response leads one to think you have not fully grasped what is going on Oh, I "grasped" it. I'll stick w my prediction. The service areas are going to be consolidated and, yes, we will see a rate increase. As for solicitor Bright's letter, it is nothing more than the bluffing of a poker player holding a losing hand. |
