Seems the battle lines are now drawn. And attorney Bruce Bright is off to a good start. Why should all those other other communities be picking the pockets of all the Ocean Pines folks ??? Especially the more affluent community like Riddle Farms ?? That $9 million is a significant hit, on top of already very high water/sewer rates here. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Citing chapter and verse of County and State regs is not "bluffing". Other than this itchy feeling in the back of your head that I guess we call intuition, what exactly leads you to the conclusion that all these separate districts will be consolidated? I guess you'd say ease of administration but that won't go through without a fight. And Bright has clearly laid out the foundation for the OPA position. |
