What has been added to the building that was not approved? Hi Nancy, The price. The referendum is a legal document. That being so, doesn't matter the justification, 5 1/2 -6 1/2 Million is not approx. 3.9 Million. The referendum is a legal contract. By the way I checked the costs directly from the sources. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That's right ,the key words are:what was approved. When that that was not possible because the numbers far exceeded the referendum , it was time to take an honest appraisal of the reality of the situation, review our mistakes, inform our folks.
