Marty, I just don't understand why you don't get it. Buildings never turn out to be the numbers that were planned. In fact, lots of things get cut out ....and still the numbers are much higher. Every DAY that goes by will make the thing cost more. I would like to see your list of public /community buildings that came in at the original budgeted amount. I think you listed builders who are building homes. How about municipalities or communities who have built in past few years? I would like to see a building that was built as planned for the amount budgeted. We are still cutting out stuff from the proposed Silver Spring Town Center Building!! It just gets worse and worse. Knowing what we are going through here in SS and what happened in Takoma Park, makes me think that you are just putting on a big show. You like to rile people up. Nancy |
