I'm I am not 100% certain of this, but wasn't an estimate of the cost to rehab the existing community hall mentioned in the original referendum prospectus? I don't know. I remember many months ago hearing a price of $75K just to knock the building down and $1.5M to rehab or renovate it (including the roof). I haven't the slightest idea as to the current status of what is to become of the old community hall. |
