For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Please do not quote me out of context. What out of contest? I took your quote directly from your message. .......we are in a position, at least for the short term, to enter into a FIRM contract to accomplish the renovation depicted in the rendering for less than $1,300,000.00. If you do have a firm contract and did state so at the meeting, it wasn't mentioned here, where I obtained my information. Here the price is $1.2M to $1.6M. Is this similar to the enclosed pool firm contract for the short term? What rendering? Is the rendering Item 2? |
