Because all lot owners should use the facility! You can make it like mandatory gym class! We'll set up something like the Presidential Physical Fitness test, check BMI (body fat), etc, etc, and put folks on a remedial program if they don't make the minimum standards.

No.........in all seriousness.........build it and they will come. I feel that way about a new community center also.
