Because all lot owners should use the facility! You can make it like mandatory gym class! We'll set up something like the Presidential Physical Fitness test, check BMI (body fat), etc, etc, and put folks on a remedial program if they don't make the minimum standards. Hi Rick, You make a good point and I am sure we should all try to become more fit through walking and using exercise equipment, but there are already places close to OP that offer those services. Don says that the physical therapy spot next to Meatland / Fresh Pride is looking to expand. You can't get much closer to OP than that! Remember that half the lot owners do not live in OP full time and those folks may belong to such a facility in their full-time homes. They would not want to pay even more money for services that they cannot use. I think that activities should be USER supported, for the most part. Nancy |

No.........in all seriousness.........build it and they will come. I feel that way about a new community center also.
