| The YC is on the agenda. However, in terms of maintenance, the Community Hall is the overlooked stepchild of the Ocean Pines community -- by far. If we are going to refurbish any of the existing facilities I believe it should be done right, and that goes for the other facilities in their order. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I appreciate your input, but if it makes the building usable and to code, then we should go for it. If OPA is going into spending mode to redo facilities, I think they should focus on the Yacht Club, refurbish and expanding it to be a first class asset. The view from the Yacht Club is priceless, but the facility is so very 'tired'. |
