Marty, I don't think I can support option #1. One of the reason I asked about longevity is that option # 1 states "Repair the Roof". I didn't think it was repairable and in fact $250,000 was budgeted in 2004 to replace the roof. So if I am interpreting option #1 correctly, at best it is a very temporary fix and we will be faced with the same dilemma in a few years. Option includes "replace the roof" among other things. That sounds like a more logical approach to me. Norm |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Norm: Estimate may be a bit strong. How about a SWAG? I believe under #2 and #3 we would have basically new buildings which should be depreciated over twenty five or thirty years. The systems in both would probably be done in that time frame, but the actual steel structure should last much much longer. Marty
