Joe, My wife and I have been homeowners since 2001, when we built our first home in OP. I try to keep abreast of all the happenings there, and also thought that I have voted for the right individuals to keep our community and its amenities in a positive cash flow. Needless to say I have been voting for the wrong individuals and they all end up on the Board. |
