Put out any numbers, no matter they are said to be preliminary, and people will immediately latch on to them as if cast in stone. I've clarified and qualified by opinion and choice of Item 2 a couple of times already. But I'll do it a third time, just for you. Based upon the information known at this time, ................. Based upon the information know to me at this point in time and where we are in our universe, I would go with Item 2. However, if the information known to me at this time changes, then I have the option to change my opinion and my choice. |

The numbers are thought to be pretty close by Rakow and Clarke, but no numbers are final until a contract bid is obtained. |
