You are proof positive of a comment made at the board meeting yesterday. Put out any numbers, no matter they are said to be preliminary, and people will immediately latch on to them as if cast in stone. Just like his recent post about "what happened to the $500,000 amount?". That comment was made as a comparison to the $1.2-$1.6 million total rehab - quite surprised was he that the $500,00 should have been compared to the $350,000 amount. Of course, I expect a denial from him. |

The numbers are thought to be pretty close by Rakow and Clarke, but no numbers are final until a contract bid is obtained. |
