If this project goes to referendum (and my 'gut' feeling is, that it will), these are the type of questions that will HAVE to be answered in order to alleviate any fears or concerns about this before the membership will support it.

My feeling is that if this rehab gets anymore complicated and everyone is insisting it is going to harm our "open space" at WHP, and the price keeps going up, we are going to have the same situation we've all had before, a big fat NO.  All the membership is going to hear are the "issues" and what is needed, what is not needed, how the fire dept. is on their own with the land we are giving them, and so on and so on.  I would venture to say, IMHO, we are heading toward another disaster. What was a simple rehab of a falling down Community Center, will "look" like the BOD is trying to build another Taj Mahal.
