A YMCA does not improve property values. You are delusional to think that the YMCA is in the near future. I must respectfully disagree with my good friend, Marty Clarke . . . and when I say respectfully, I mean it . . . he built my house, and is in the process of putting an addition on it . . . I believe the proximity of the new Northern Worcester YMCA will have a positive impact upon our property values, and, further, I believe it is in our near future . . . Only time will tell . . . |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: You should ask "Why should Ocean Pines build more dock slips when Pines Point Marina already has"? The answer to your question is simple, because that is what the majority of the Association membership wants! A private indoor pool does have real amenity value for all lots as opposed to more slips. A YMCA does not improve property values. You are delusional to think that the YMCA is in the near future. Thanks. Marty
