Joe: You should ask "Why should Ocean Pines build more dock slips when Pines Point Marina already has"? The answer to your question is simple, because that is what the majority of the Association membership wants! A private indoor pool does have real amenity value for all lots as opposed to more slips. A YMCA does not improve property values. You are delusional to think that the YMCA is in the near future. Thanks. Marty
