Since he is paying the tab (taxes) and fighting the assessment would directly benefit him, if he is unwilling to fight it why should we if it makes no difference until at least 2014? Well, maybe $10,000 or so more for OPA if receive the $75,000 and seek the assessment adjustment makes no difference to you, but I think such an amount could be put to better use than making a donation to the county.... an entity that shorts OPA big time to start with. |
