Well, one item common to all I have on hand seems to be the use of the term "the parking area hereby leased." Does this mean the lease is for the entire property or just the parking area on the property? Given OPA was just recently burned by non-specific language in the YMCA contract, I'd say we need to be VERY spefcific about every aspect of a contract. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Frankly, looking at the leases from 2004 onward, all appear to have some questionable items .... shades of the YMCA contract. Can you enumerate what these items are? Ted
