Rick: "Reading posts on the Forum" May be fun, but when discussing a confidential negotiation involving a real estate lease not very informative. The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only. The only difference I am familiar wiith is the additional dollars being collected for the encroachment. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The meat and potatoes of the proposed lease currently being negotiated are not all that different from past agreements. Reading posts on the Forum it appears in the past some leases restricted the use for parking only, but other leases, such as the new one, allow for uses besides parking. Parking only or whatever you want to do with the property seems to be different to me. |
