The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only. Director Les Purcell expressed a different opinion. One of you must be wrong. This is a serious issue. How could any director be wrong? We are in uncharted waters.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: "Reading posts on the Forum" May be fun, but when discussing a confidential negotiation involving a real estate lease not very informative. The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only. The only difference I am familiar wiith is the additional dollars being collected for the encroachment. Marty |
