I am not inflating anything. If the tenant was not paying for the insurance, maintenance, electric, Ocean City and Worcester County taxes we would have to. Why would OPA benefit from Seacrets paying the electric bill on the parking lots when OPA shuts down the Beach Club around 5PM? As for maintenance, a minor item for OPA but probably a major one for Seacrets after the crowd leaves at 2 AM. Anyway, Seacrets paying for maintenance and electric is no big deal for OPA. Insurance? I have no idea what OPA may or may not be saving, and respectfully suggest you don't either. It would be difficult for me to believe that OPA would be paying anything close for our use when compared to Seacrets' use, insofar as insurance costs go. The primary items are the lease amount and the taxes. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: I am not inflating anything. If the tenant was not paying for the insurance, maintenance, electric, Ocean City and Worcester County taxes we would have to. The lease amount is in the neighborhood of $75,000.00 PERIOD. Marty |
