Rick: I am not inflating anything. If the tenant was not paying for the insurance, maintenance, electric, Ocean City and Worcester County taxes we would have to. The lease amount is in the neighborhood of $75,000.00 PERIOD. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The gross rental paid by the tenant is closer to $75,000.00 than $35,000.00. How much is being paid for the lease only? I not looking to inflate the figure by adding taxes and other misc costs, just how much for the lease? |
