For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick, How do you know the renegotiated lease is not at a fair value? In fact since it is "chump change" what does it matter. Again you speculate that the lease is improved for Seacrets without reading the actual restrictions. I will hold any further comment until the executed lease is returned to OPA, can be scanned and posted here and you can read the actual document. I think/hope you will find that it is more exact than in the past and has more specific safeguards for OPA and increased rental income. Until then it is pointless to try to discuss based on guesses.
