Joe: I do not recall what Les said, so I will not comment. I assume that the highlighted comment below is from Marty. It is mostly correct... the new lease does encompass the whole property, and restricts the use to parking only, with the exception of the "encroachments" which will be sanctioned under the new lease and do not involve parking. The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only. Jeff Knepper |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The new lease and the old lease both encompassed the entire property and both restricted the use to parking only. Director Les Purcell expressed a different opinion. One of you must be wrong. This is a serious issue. How could any director be wrong? We are in uncharted waters.
