Nancy: "Do we ...or do we not have full use of all the property that we own in the middle of the day" Yes, with the exception of the 3% lying along the north property line around the middle of the property that has been encroached on, and paid for by our tenant. That said, what use other than parking do you have in mind? Nancy, we have approximately 39 parking spaces at our bayside property. We rent the use of those spaces to Seacrets at night when we do not need them for $40,000.00 a year. Marty |
