For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Step away from the bar. I am not the one ridiculing and demeaning anyone, you are. And quite frankly I am getting very tired of hearing an ex journalist tell me what a lousy businessman I am. I am more than a little tired of being ridiculed by your claims that I have been involved in a bad faith lease negotiation. I get really tired of hearing it when you are wrong. DEAD WRONG! The board has consummated a very good lease for the bayside property. Joe, if you really want to contribute to the cause then please consider making a positive contribution rather than your typical BS whining. Oh well, only 93 days and a wake up. Marty |
