Joe: Step away from the bar. I am not the one ridiculing and demeaning anyone, you are. And quite frankly I am getting very tired of hearing an ex journalist tell me what a lousy businessman I am. I am more than a little tired of being ridiculed by your claims that I have been involved in a bad faith lease negotiation. I get really tired of hearing it when you are wrong. DEAD WRONG! The board has consummated a very good lease for the bayside property. Joe, if you really want to contribute to the cause then please consider making a positive contribution rather than your typical BS whining. Oh well, only 93 days and a wake up. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The lease is signed, sealed and delivered. Does that mean board members should ridicule and demean association members who point out issues in the hopes such issues will be addressed and considered in subsequent negotiations? Had those involved been fully informed, some would not be making false claims about how Seacrets paying the property tax helped the assessment bottom line. By the way, the next negotiation with Secrets is substantially less than five years away. It will probably be soon since the oceanside lease expires April 30, 2011, unless the board is already in Top-Seacret negotiations. |
