You don't have even a clue!  The OPA initiated the renegotiation of the lease, not Seacrets.

Since OPA renegotiated the lease....can you tell me WHY ..in the name of heaven you didn't even think of the everyday practical thing that you left out???

The ENCROACHMENT!!!!!   That is really the only thing that matters to those who want to park at the beach and have paid big bucks for a PARKING PLACARD!

Have you ever had your car loaded with kids who are too young to just drop off at the Beach Club ....who are dying to get on the beach? You have a Beach Club parking placard hanging on your mirror....and you can't even get into the Seacrets overflow lot.

You see lots of empty spaces there but you are not permitted to park.

You also see all the encroachment that is on OPA property....yet you are not allowed to park.

HOW DARN FRUSTRATING IS THAT?????

HOW could you all have overlooked the most important thing in the lease.

You should ask them to paint in more spaces for us.
