Our golf course operation in 2012-2013 cost every member approximately $64.00. This number does not include any cost of depreciation which is a substantial amount of our assessment. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Is there any way to quantify what % of the current HOA assessment is earmarked for the overall golf operation? Is there an assumption that if the golf operations were to be either privatized or discontinued, there would be a resulting reduction in HOA fees? |
