would it be allowed to be enjoyed by only HOA members, or all residents of Worcester County, or all visitors to our area?
The board would have to make that decision. I'm not sure how simple access restriction on people waling in a park area could be enforced. To my knowledge OPA does not currently restrict access to any of our public facilities. One thing is for sure -- a referendum on this would not be a foregone result. |
