John, you can't be serious. A "management" company cannot possibly pay for capital improvements unless the contract calls for OPA to pay them for it.

Apparently there are now three companies bidding to manage the course. One of them is Casper. There is not a crowd of people out there wanting to run our golf course.

Of the three finalists the board will interview publicly, initially there were two bidding to manage and one to lease. The one initially talking about a lease has now changed to offering to manage. The company initially offering to lease was not a net-net-net lease, but rather a bid to have a seven year lese contract where OPA would be paying them a substantial amount every year and perhaps even agreeing to cover their losses. You can't make this stuff up.
