Carol does a pretty good job of it IMHO.

I'd have to say that the GM is very competent and has done nothing warranting a dismissal but has this maddening need to remind people every so often that he is the smartest guy in the room.

I suspect that this is a common malady among Sgt Major types/ USAF equivalents who can be every bit and ofttimes more egotistical than General officers.

As for his most recent outburst, I am beginning to suspect that he was put up to it, that it was all preplanned.

The "I believe Bob has something to say" from a board member is the clue that the whole thing was staged. And I believe that a former board member who remains on the periphery was in on these machinations.

The minority was emboldened by a certain board member's very public nervous breakdown last month and premature admittance that he is retiring from the fray. That was a terrible lapse in judgement because that secure conservative seat is now up for grabs and everyone knows it.
