Understand the frustration entirely. But on the flip side , Joane and I have really enjoyed our "second" home in the Pines. It's hard to believe that it has been over six years already. Still it would be nice if we could resolve some issues and/or problems in a civil and timely manner. And before you ask , NO I don't have any answers . Way out of my pay grade. Larry |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Concur with the first part. However, there are probably more owners who know about it than you think. They know about it and care about it but realize that there are things that you must accept , such as how things are done in OPA land. In fact , the clanking of the can being kicked down the road can be heard all the way up here in southern Pa.. I hope you are correct. Sometimes when living here full time and being a little plugged in to what is going on it can become frustrating at times. Like the time after the YC was built and a property owner was railing that "they should have let us have a vote before building it". |
A lot of what I hear is often reactionary to something that stirs emotion in the community and then folks start stating rumor as fact. Hopefully there are more property owners like yourself who pay attention to the goings on in our community.
