LU has not yet replaced Casper. The board is in contract negotiations. There is no contract and LU has not been hired.
Correct. No contract yet. Still time to do due diligence if they have not yet done so, and no board member has stated that they have already accomplished that. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am even more concerned now than I was before, given no board member voiced in the affirmative that the board had done due diligence regarding vetting LU. Do you know something the rest of us don't? My guess is all this is the result of some angry golf member. LU has not yet replaced Casper. The board is in contract negotiations. There is no contract and LU has not been hired. |
