The Columbia Association's side show is much more extensive and litigious.
Joe, That may be true but CA's services, facilities and programs are MUCH better than those offered by OP. For example, the new Hobbits Glen clubhouse will be completed at the end of April. I invite you and the other members of the forum to drop by then and compare it with the Yacht Club. It will be a stark example of the professional quality of management at CA vs. that of the amateur currently "managing" OP. Charlie |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Understand the frustration entirely. But on the flip side , Joane and I have really enjoyed our "second" home in the Pines. It's hard to believe that it has been over six years already. The politics here are no more than an entertaining side show. In fact, OPA is a piker. The Columbia Association's side show is much more extensive and litigious. This is a great place to live, and for those with a good sense of humor, the side show makes it an even better place to live. |
