Can you explain to me why an open park would increase home value and what is the basis of your assumption.  I have a house on the 17th hole and am not in favor of turning the golf course into a park. Look at the condition of the Pine Shore golf course. I would not want to look out from my back yard to high unkept grass. Also, I am not a golf member, as my house is a second home but my wife and I do use the course when I am down in OP. I do believe the course needs to be managed better but have my doubts LU is the answer. Also when you say that only 115 associate members benefit from the golf course you are forgetting that there are more people like myself who thou not members do use the course.
