Did I say otherwise. I love living here, but it is not the perfection some wish to create in their minds. Been living here full time since 1989. It is a great place to live, and that's why I want it to be an even better place to live.  Obviously different people view things differently. That's why elections are so important.

I suggest the last two elections indicate a clear dissatisfaction for OPA management (board and GM) and a desire for change by the membership, a desire derailed by the current board president who chose to be swayed by one particular individual rather than honor the platform he ran on to become elected. Add to that a driving charge on a board candidate, and the result was a board that does not reflect what the electorate desires. Clearly, the vote analysis for the past two years indicate this to be the case.
