For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: it was my understanding that it was for five years and not to collected in perpetuity, John I agree with your and Marty's views. Should be much more openness. Regarding this as well as many other topics. The board should not be relying on some clause or phrase buried some where in the plan, or in discussions (long forgotten) when the plan was adopted. "Five yrs" should mean what it says. PS Are you for or against continuing this GM here?? Tom |
