Even if you forced the ruling gentry to abide by that reg, I'd be surprised if they altered one line in the proposed budget as a result.
Your argument fails in that the law requires the association to provide the proposed budget to association members. If more than 10 or 20 people actually saw the budget perhaps there might be some impact on the budget. You are assuming that a truly informed group of association members will never have an impact. I don't agree. |

You really believe that a piddling regulation like that is going to influence what we do here in our association. How long have you been in these parts, pardner ????
