I think Jack was looking for some specifics and whether the numbers of association member use versus non-association member use are discussed. For example, how many registrations for the skate board park are from association members and how many not association members? Do you know? Are such numbers ever even discussed? |

For many of the 'free' events; such as Big Truck Day, Easter Celebration, Halloween, and Movies in the Park, there is no verifiable way to determine residency.
