What concerns me, knowing your appreciation of your large team and employees in other departments, you will be spending so much time handling Peer Praise Notes that OPA will suffer. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “How about a simple, sincere verbal "thank you" at the time peer praise or any praise or thanks is deserved.” Yes a simple thank you is always good. Something to put in their file is a good thing too. It’s fine if you and others think it’s silly. |
