A bit simplistic. There are legal issues involved but I am not aware of all of them. Don't be so quick to blame the developer.
You seemed to be pretty quick in suggesting OPA should pay the developer the $500,000. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That would seem to benefit both parties but the developer thought he could hold up OPA and wanted $500,000 for the land on which the pond would be situated. A bit simplistic. There are legal issues involved but I am not aware of all of them. Don't be so quick to blame the developer. |
