| Off the subject..but real estate is doing great. Most houses in River Run have sold and so have developed vacant lots. I was told RR next phase is to go down River Run Lane to water and build more houses. All these houses will need water from OP too. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That would seem to benefit both parties but the developer thought he could hold up OPA and wanted $500,000 for the land on which the pond would be situated. A bit simplistic. There are legal issues involved but I am not aware of all of them. Don't be so quick to blame the developer. |
