For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I will because I do agree with both sides on this problem! There is only one side from OPA's perspective -- the side that wants to reduce flooding in that area below the pond. If you find a place to dump our runoff for little money maybe OPA will build a statue of you at Bainbridge Park. We should already have build one of Bunting, |
