| As far as I know Colby‘s B-08 complaint never directly accused Perrone of giving her orders. You keep talking like the board is giving employees orders on some regular basis but I have no idea as to the factual basis of your comments. Can you provide facts to support your contention? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Interacting with and managing employees are not the same. Our problem is that the board too often tries to manage employees by instructing them and telling them what to do. That's the GM's job. |
