When I was terminated by the board in 2019 (within minutes of providing a report on a B-08 investigation of Slobodan Trendic) the GM had zero input. The GM stated I did nothing wrong...the board gave no reason to him. They took unilateral action. No investigation. No opportunity for me to respond. The Board has no business of assuming the role of the GM as Chief Personnel Officer as designated in the bylaws. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Interacting with and managing employees are not the same. Our problem is that the board too often tries to manage employees by instructing them and telling them what to do. That's the GM's job. |
